Ordered twice off the app and both times I have had items missing.
Never ordering again on the app. Even in the restaurant getting drinks wrong when you order a large caramel latte and a medium caramel hot chocolate but get given a medium caramel latte then waiting 10 mins for the hot chocolate and get given a large one when we didn't order that.
It's a joke won't be bothering again when all that mc Donald's too is thob it off to a different company ?????

On arrival at the store, the Macdonalds app crashed and said no stock of any items, so we had to go instore to order and collect. My no mayo wrap had mayo.
Considering how busy they were, the food came very quickly.
The actual food was hot. The store was extremely clean but very cold.

Twice I've ordered this week, once in the evening, once in the morning for breakfast.
Both times the main parts of my orders were missing and they don't answer the phone or fix the issue, so I have to go without....thanks Macdonald's Arnold's team

What is the point of using the app when you still have to wait in the car park bay for the food, this is anything but efficient and this McDonald's branch is anything but dynamic and efficient.
