Had a coffee & was pleasantly surprised to find a clean table to sit at! This hasn't always been the case, sadly. In this occasion I noticed a member of staff clear & clean as soon as a table was vacated,and the floor was swept where there had been a mess, bravo Costa I just might return.

Very busy location, while visiting I stayed at an Airbnb behind this coffee shop, every morning I would have some coffee. Loved the cheese and tomato sandwich, they toast it to near perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The batista staff need retraining. I pointed out that their funds needed adjusting as the door they were expressing was being over expressed. Their response was to say I know, but carry on with the same shot regardless.
Not impressed by their poor milk prep either. Wholly underwhelming experience, and if they were my staff, I would have them all on probation. The state of their appearance also left something to be desired. Their clothes were unkempt and one guy was wearing dirty I'll fitting paint stained trousers.

I went into Costa coffee at 13 40 and the man who served me jonan was very helpful and was very kind nice customer service

Visited this branch on Sunday morning and the 3 lads working ran it so well! Great atmosphere, quick service, great coffee, everywhere was so clean and tidy, music good volume and just had a good vibe.
