Visited today to book a holiday was told it could be price matched with tui by a very helpful lady on front desk .however the manager refused to fully match the holiday resulting in me booking with tui direct.I found both the manager ignorant and offered no explanation.Will not return due to manager poor service. Booked my holiday with this travel agent but wanted to enquire about extending my holiday and change of departure destination. Disappointing really because no one ever gets back to you.
