Very disappointed with the customer service at ASDA Arnold today.
I had an issue with the self-checkout scanner freezing after using a voucher. Instead of helping, one staff member blamed me in front of another, saying ?I don?t know what the lady?s done.? I was asked to rescan everything, and still had no refund.
When I asked for help, both staff were rude, impatient, and unprofessional. One even told me not to ?shout? when I was being completely calm. No basic manners, no clear answers, just attitude.
Really shocked to receive such treatment. I expect better from ASDA.

Not a pleasant weekly shop. There were teenagers running around throwing footballs and shouting. The store feels unorganised and the layout is poor. Was so unimpressed with this store. Won?t be returning

Really dont like coming here. Staff seem rude and very abrupt. Items you want seem dotted allover the place for example similar items usually in the same place...in here you have to go to other end of store. Even majoriry of people that shop in here are rude. Arnold is not the nice area it used to be. Its a now a absolute dive.

Rude and impolite security and staff! Bought a dress for my wife mistakenly and went back there to return it. Not only did they not accept the item, but also they accused us of fraud! They did not even listen to us and did not accept to check their CCTV! We are definitely going to make a complaint against them! Never come back there!
