Recently taken over after 25yrs, really disappointing, mediocre food and service.
This place used to be rammed for lunch yet today was only missing the tumbleweed, waitress miserable, food v average, lukewarm and worst gravy ever, all veg on the plate, never asked once was the food ok, never came and asked us if we wanted more drinks or dessert.
I?ve worked in catering and know how hard a good lunch service can be but with only two in the whole place they couldn?t have cared less?.bring back hot plates, steaming bowls of veg and good beef gravy ?

Be very, very careful of ?Niel? your new owner.
He won?t think twice about barring you over the slightest little thing and? and he thinks he?s a tough guy?
However?.
He actually penalty kicked a locals little dog in his pub carpark and hid the cctv from police cos he?d got bashed, again, after letting a whole bar attack the poor guy?
There?s a reason, or probably several reasons why he?s moving out of town!
