Fantastic little pub had 2 nights there while competing on a local rally nothing was too much trouble.they even called there neibours across the road and sorted parking for me because I had a trailer.food beer rooms amazing and staff were spot on.see you same time next year

Stopped here on our way to Scotland and were surprised to find a thriving community pub! We didn't stay overnight but everyone was super friendly in the bar and the facilities were clean and tidy. Will be back on our way home!

Please come and enjoy our fantastic Community Owned Pub, Coffee Shop, B&B and Restaurant beside the A68 in Northumberland.
After appearing on The Guardian website & Observer newspaper our under threat village pub attracted worldwide investors. Purchased by the village and completely renovated throughout 2020 with completely new B&B rooms.
Now first class beers, wonderful food, great coffee and most importantly - an exceptionally friendly welcome - are what you will discover here. "Whilst you are here you are one of us!"
Breathtaking views, lovely walks, real fires & dog friendly.
Driving by? Stop off for great coffee and a sandwich / hot food. Our evening restaurant already has outstanding reviews.
