I had another AMAZING spa day with Sarah and her staff. I have been lucky to have had many visits to this beautiful spa and every time I've been made to feel very welcome. The facilities and surrounding garden space are gorgeous and the treatments are fantastic. The lunch provided by the Running Fox was gorgeous and they catered for my vegetarian and healthy food options. Thank you for another special day, I will most definitely be back.

Sent an email to Sarah on 23rd March about the lack of dignity and respect I was shown from my therapist during an otherwise brilliant spa day and she hasn?t even bothered to reply to me. Obviously they don?t care about this major element of your day. Very disappointed

It really lives up to its name "Secret Spa" because it is set in a beautiful rural location. A hidden gem, that felt very exclusive for our spar day. There were only six people in total there. Sarah Daisy and Julie are very friendly, experienced and skilled. We all enjoyed our treatments and felt very relaxed afterwards. The swimming pool is a good size, the jacuzzi very relaxing, the steam room and sauna were at the perfect temperature. The lunch was amazing, fresh, local, and delicious from The Running Fox. Great Therapists, Location and Atmosphere, cant wait to go back!

Excellent experience. Facilities great, although another lounger or 2 wouldn't be amiss. Hot stone massage fabulous. Afternoon tea, amazing. I'd definitely go back.

Bought my daughter a voucher last Christmas but didn't get to use within the 6 months use by date. Totally inflexible when asked if we could still use it. But we could pay £25 to extend it another 6 months. In the current economic climate you would think they'd be more sympathic. Its no skin off their nose surely? Don't understand why vouchers have a use by date anyway.

Went for 3hr afternoon spa session with 30 min aromatherapy back massage.Very friendly staff,immaculate surroundings and great spa facilities with tea and coffee at hand.The massage was amazing and theraputic.Booking up to return next month.Thoroughly recommended.Absolutely loved it.Felt amazing afterwards.

Had a massage today and feel like I've got a new back. Didn't realise how bad I was, finally I can move without the ache. Really relaxing experience. Absolutely excellent. Lovely place with friendly staff. Highly recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting.Never Google rated twice, but it's deserved so here's my additional comments: Took the advice given on posture, along with the treatment, perfect. Then had 6 flights and long stopovers in airports, slight twinge back, so returned today - perfect. I think it's amazing what the staff here do, they can fix you. Way beyond a relaxing day - to me your medical professionals, so again - a big thanks. What you do is amazing and the advice you offer is great.
