tried Devalal Tandoori on two consecutive days. The lamb biryani yesterday and the chicken biryani today were absolutely delicious ? rich, authentic flavors and perfectly cooked. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
However, there were a couple of downsides:
? The vegetable curry was far too oily.
? The chicken biryani was listed at £8.95, but I was charged £9.65 because I asked for it to be spicy. This pricing wasn?t clearly mentioned and felt a bit misleading.
Overall, the food is excellent, but I hope they improve pricing transparency and reduce excess oil in some dishes.

Absolutely amazing gem of a takeaway
The friendly staff fast and top quality service, the food totally mind blowing. I got a Mix Tikka Biryani (chicken & lamb)
Punjab Mossalla garlic Nan and the wonderful garlic Tikka chips all I say is WOW!!!! highly recommend this place keep up the good work

Had my first delivery from delval tandoori. Went for the set meal which included a lamb balti, a masala, with rice nan bread, poppadoms. Got to say the food was delivered on time nice and hot and it was the best Indians I have ever eating. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Swapped to Delaval Tandoori last year, just amazing food, top quality. My favourite is the madras, tried everyone one on the menu, favourite is the lam tikka and tandoori mixed. 1 thing I have recently noticed however, guys pay attention to your onion bhajis, they appear to be shrinking. Get it back on track haha.

Ordered for delivery several times recently and has been great every time. Curries are tasty and give an option for spice level (perfect for my medium loving wife and extra hot for me!). Definitely my new go to Indian takeaway.

Have ordered from here a few times now and the food has always been outstanding.
There was a slight problem last time I ordered, but I contacted the manager via email and he was extremely helpful and efficient and told me to ring him when I next ordered and he would give me a 50% discount on my order!
So, true to his word, I rang and ordered last night for delivery and was given a 50% discount and the food arrived on time.
We had onion bhargis, chicken balti, vindaloo sauce, vegetable rice, chips and a mixture of 3 naan breads - garlic, peshwari and keema.
Everything was absolutely beautiful and the food was lovely and hot in temperature.
I would not hesitate in recommending this lovely takeaway with wonderful food, staff and management. Well done ?
