Picked up a delicious, filling, fresh baguette. Young lady serving was polite and efficient. A busy, now takeaway based cafe which has had to adapt to staff shortages but has done it well

Wouldnt recommend this place. £5.50 for a black coffe and a tea. Served in a paper cup even though we were sitting in not taking away. Cake £3.50 for a very small slice and £5 for a fairly small sausage roll!! Couldn't believe my eyes! Where do they get their prices from? Harrods? Will never go back. Another example of how seaside places such as Seahouses just rip tourists off. They should feel ashamed.

Just bought a caramel latte for £4. Was half the size of one we bought earlier. No offer of money off or another drink. Not good.

Excellent coffee and friendly staff

Not disabled friendly in fact it's not customer friendly.
I use a wheelchair someone had lifted my wheelchair in.
I asked if the can of Fanta orange was sugar free and it took 2 staff to check, I ended up telling them it would say sugar free on the front of the can.
I asked for a bottle of water and 2 coffees I sat down because of pain.
5 mins later one of the staff but the bottle of water on the counter looked at me and said your water is here, when my cousin.and nephew came in they had to go.and get the coffee.
Few minutes a man came in from outside said the table table he had just sat at needed cleaning and he was told there is a cloth and spray over there pointing to shelf next to the counter and left him to clean the table his self.
I can not understand how the place is still running, it's the worst Cafe I have been in.
I wouldn't even recommend this cafe to anyone.
If you read this before you go (DO NOT GO IN)
If they had a minus star they would get that

Just went in for a coffee. Served in paper cups by a rather sullen young lady. She expected a disabled customer to come to the counter to collect his own drink, and then when another customer asked for a table to be cleaned, she told him where there was a cloth! Poor service.

They had gone onto a new system for the first time on the day that we were there. We placed our order but 3 or 4 other groups of people came in and received their food but there was no sign of ours. After 15 minutes we reminded them that we were still waiting and our food arrived. The food was awful. The rolls were dry and the ham tasteless. One to avoid.

Don?t waste your money. At £2.75 for a tea bag thrown in some hot water I would at least have appreciated a proper cup or a pot to brew the tea. Simply a tea bag, hot water, paper cup. Don?t bother!! Not a tea shop experience - get something from a vending machine or bring a flask if I were you. £9 for three drinks not great value. Tables dirty, staff not unpleasant, so could have been slightly worse. Always look on the bright side!

Presentation and taste of drinks was inadequate for the steep price. Questionable food hygiene (no hairnets or uniform). Many tables weren't cleared and it took a while to get served. However, I will add points as the employee was hardworking and nice, doing the best they could.

Very poor experience. There were 6 tables including ourselves and every table bar one complained. Coffee is a cup of frothy milk, no taste of coffee whatsoever. Another table also complained about this. Slow service. Dirty tea cup, asked for a replacement which was worse than the first one. £9 for a small breakfast, you would expect produce of a better quality. Sausages taste like Iceland?s bag of 25 for £2. Barely a mouthful of bacon after removing the fat. Bland and tasteless food and stale toast. Such a shame, this cafe could have great potential due to location.

We had two toasted tea cakes and tea for two. £14.50! Tea cakes were toasted within an inch of burning but they were tasty and fruit filled. Male staff member was pleasant enough and helpful but did not seem that at ease with what he was doing.

Visited on Tuesday 27/8/24 with my son for breakfast.
We arrived at 11.10am and placed an order for one large breakfast £11.00 and one small breakfast £9.00. I told the assistant/girl I was intolerant to gluten and specified I didn?t want hash brown or toast she advised I could have more bacon.
I requested no black pudding on my son?s large breakfast.
45 mins later my son received his breakfast!!
It had black pudding on it! Which he had requested he didn?t want. And it most definitely wasn?t a big breakfast it was so small and good such poor quality.
My small breakfast came out 5 mins after my sons, so I had waited 50mins for a breakfast!
On my so called gluten free breakfast they had put a hash brown on it and just put toast on top of the breakfast!! I specifically requested them to leave these off because of my gluten in tolerance but they just didn?t follow what I asked for.
There is a sign in the cafe to advise members of staff if you have any intolerances, but when I mentioned mine it was clearly ignored.
The staff in the cafe need more training where intolerances are concerned as if they don?t follow basic practices you could end up hospitalising someone.
The breakfast was really poor.the sausage was burnt, teaspoon of beans, one rasher of bacon and one egg definately not worth 9.00!!!!
I couldn?t really eat mine for reasons above.
They have 7 tables in the cafe , so it?s only small but for some reason they clearly couldn?t cope with the tables being full.
It?s rare that I leave reviews but I felt I had to leave one this time.
Definately would not be returning!!!

Tables not cleaned between guests, we had to ask and even then did not clean the whole table, still lots of food from previous people left on half the table. The crumbs that were cleaned were just brushed straight onto the floor! Hot chocolate was very good, however.

Table not cleaned properly even after we asked. Bacon Brie and Cranberry ciabata with total lack of bacon.

I feel slightly begrudged giving this cafe a star. We visited this cafe as the main Seahouses cafe was closed. Walked past rosemarys a few times and from its appearance it looked like a popular place to stop so we tried it for breakfast? big mistake. We ordered the sausage bap, not sure how you can get this wrong. Sausages tasteless and tiny, bread dry and again tasteless, I added extra onions, flash fried and gave no extra flavour. Tomato sauce cheapest you could find. My partner ordered the big breakfast and for £11, what a disappointment. Toast seemed stale, sausages as described previously, bacon, tomato, mushrooms all of cheap quality and a spoonful of beans to compliment. There was nothing big about this breakfast, tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Ate what we could then left. Including two coffees the bill was £23, can only presume it?s expensive due to its location because what we were served wasn?t worth anywhere close to what we paid. Wouldn?t return, wait for the chip shops to open at lunchtime.
