This use to be great. Unfortunately like alot of places the prices have gone up but the quality has gone really down. Chips were tasteless and the batter had very little taste. The worst thing however was the fish was very watery, which makes me think it was frozen its certainly not you would expect for £18 for fish and chips at a seaside. Won't be back.

I paid £5 for this? wouldn?t be my go-to in seahouses. I understand it was busy, but thats no excuse for that portion size.
My partner got sausage and chips and they gave him two sausages i assume to mask the only 6 chips on his plate..

Lovely large portions, does have 2 gluten-free options but a high risk of cross contamination.
I spoke to staff about being gluten intolerant, but English was not their first language and struggled to understand what i meant. It was very noisy as well in the restaurant, which didn't help.
One waiter on hearing i was gluten intolerant said that it was good i was seated next to the toilet.
Another waitress burped at me as she handed my meal to me, which wasn't the gluten-free one. Then my gluten-free bread came next to the normal bread.
However, this is just my experience on this day.
