We were told that we couldn’t have tap water unless we ordered a drink, despite ordering food. The waitress seemed very unhappy when we questioned this. Services was a shambles, made even worse by the automatic 10% service charge added to the bill. One person serving the whole restaurant who was a nice enough bloke, but we were in there for 2 hours for a basic starters and main meal which wasn’t great at all. Good food and decent atmosphere. Friendly staff. Fitted two of us in on a very busy Wednesday evening. Bit of a wait but it was very busy as I said previously
