On Thursday 9th November at around 12 noon my mam went into Boots in seahouses to purchase essentials. No one was serving and everyone was in the back office. After waiting for around 10 minutes (and other customers coming in and leaving) my Mam called to ask ?if anyone was serving? as was just left standing at the counter being ignored.Shop Assistant Jane said ?everyone was busy?, she was rude, abusive and disrespectful to my Mam who is in her seventies, my mam said ?there should be a person in the shop serving at the counter? Jane told my Mam ?if she wasn?t happy to go somewhere else!?Well Jane you have no right to speak to anyone like that and I also have found you argumentative and lacking in any type of customer skills on my visit to the chemist. Boots is the only chemist in Seahouses so we aren?t able to go elsewhere.

Jane just makes Seahouses Boots great! She is always so welcoming, funny and helpful and takes time to get to know not only me but my family - such an asset to Boots. The pharmacist was also very knowledgeable and helpful when I visited this morning.

Ive been and it is amazing! Served me so quickly when there was a absolutely massive queue aswell loved this shop and sell lovely perfume! Sharon the cashier was so funny and relatable ??? xx

Closed on Sundays which, in a tourist town, is far from convenient. If this was an independent pharmacy I'd be more generous but this is boots.
