This proprietor/mechanic?s work is irrefutably highly commendable.Our predilection was due to his relentless pursuit and sheer tenacity to ascertain mechanical failures.DisadvantagesThe broader picture however, which lamentably in our experience, compromises the integrity and professionalism of the company, was the deplorable prejudice and conduct from the proprietor?s spouse.CommentBusiness is business and in a highly competitive industry, one would assume that ?every penny would count.?We wish the proprietor/mechanic luck and bid him farewell.Gomez and Tish. x

My car broke down on a family holiday in Northumberland and the folk at The Old Motor House could not have been more sympathetic and accommodating. They bent over backwards to get the parts that I needed and see that I was able to drive my wife and two young children home as planned. I couldn?t be more grateful. My motorcycle broke down just outside of Rothbury. I called The Old Motor House to see if they could help. I got the bike to them (luckily I was uphill) and within 5 mins found the fault and repaired a dodgy connection. Was very grateful as it meant I could carry on my day out. Thanks again!!
