Extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist. I understand that the dentistry sector is dire across the board, but please remember it?s just as difficult for us who have to wait 6-12 months in agony, without getting an NHS dentist! It?s a nightmare!!! I?m now going private because I can?t be doing with this utter gash!

Horrible horrible horrible. They told me to wait so I did and like 5 minutes later they said they are waiting for you upstairs. I went up there and they were really rude to me,super aggressive in tone and when I laid down on the little mat-bed she gave 4! Shots for the pain... 4! And she said she would clean my teeth while that kicked in... That was the most painful teeth cleaning of my life! There was blood dripping down my chin and they just left it there, not cleaning it or anything. And at the end of all of this she got mad at me for getting mud on the mat!! I would never come back to this place in a million years.

It was my 1st appointment here today, the dentist I saw was amazing, he cleaned my teeth, took x-rays, fixed some composite on my front tooth that I was self conscious about, he was so kind and helpful. I'm sooo pleased to have found a kind reliable dental surgery.

Visited Dentist today and had to leave before I even lay on the chair. Dentist was extremely rude and unprofessional, he even added in some eye rolling. I only went for an impression done. Won?t be back. I?m sure it will also give the receptionists something or someone else to gossip about, if they concentrated on their work more and communicated better I feel that today could have been avoided. Unless the Dentist in question is just naturally rude!

A well run dental surgery with highly trained and professional staff. Comfortable waiting area with friendly and welcoming receptionists.
