I?ve always had problems with this shop. I get it?s there job to ask for ID but I?m 24 years old and still get asked for a redbull. Tried to purchase some tablets while I?m at work down the street and physically not well. and a rude staff member, who I?ve already had a problem with in the past with her attitude! Asked me for ID and said it?s challenge 25? For some nurofen which only has paracetamol and ibuprofen in. and I get you get ID?d for tablets but I assumed it would be under 18?s so I didn?t think of bringing my ID to work with me. I also spoke to someone who works in a different shop she said you have to be 16+. This shop might be different But i Defo don?t think it should be challenge 25 for some paracetamol. NOT TO MENTION I?ve been in this shop before and got a bottle of wine and didn?t get ID?d!!! Make it make sense.

Bad /poor attitude with a lot of female staff!!!
I didn?t have my ID for picking my Vinted parcel because a lot of time I never asked. Then today I got asked & went back home and got the ID which was annoying.
My point is sometimes ask ID sometimes don?t & let anyone to pick up as long as name the receiver without asking ID (witnessed it a lot while in the shop & I did pick up without ID in many occasions).
It?ll be no confusion if ask everyone who comes to collect the parcels.

The staff is very kind and helpful, on most occasions they were even very kind to go to the shelf to show me the product I was looking for! I would like such people in other much bigger stores in our city! Many thanks to the One stop team!

I generally only go in here for my temporary credit for gas and electric meter and the staff are so friendly and helpful bearing in mind I live at halfway but the shop nearest to me have no idea how to top up unless you give them cash lol great team and will definitely be giving them my business for my essentials ?
