I am new to Jewsons. I must say this was one of the best shopping experiences in my 50 years. The staff are an absolute credit to their profession. Extremely helpful with their knowledge of the building trade. They really do go out of their way to help.

Thank you to the delivery driver who brought my order this morning; I panicked when I was told that it was at the driver's discretion as to whether the load would be hoisted over my hedge. I needn't have worried - the driver was sensible safe and friendly. I'm too old to have carried it all from the kirb-side. Thank you.

Went to prudhoe from Washington as the jewson system was showing stock of the bricks I needed. When got there they didn't have any.Lady on desk knew they didn't have stock as they had looked for them the previous day. I was very frustrated as I'd come a long way and it could have been prevented if the stock level had been update.

Great service, Firstly had a bit of a mix up with the a delivery this morning.. my fault so apologies to all. Thanks so much to the Driver who not only came back but knew my husband had ordered the wrong colour slate and kindly took a sample with him of the colour needed to ensure we got the right slate... Great customer care and a fantastic ambassador for Jewson's. Please can you ensure he gets my feed back and the Branch Manager is made aware. Armstrong Joinery Prudhoe.
