I have been using Elizabeth Evan?s Opticians for many years. It?s always a pleasure, not a chore to go for my annual appointment. I know I will receive a friendly yet professional service. When necessary, choosing frames with Sophie is always a friendly experience. I wouldn?t go anywhere else! Their new decor is very smart too! ?

We can?t thank Elizabeth and her team for giving my mam Annie a chance to see people?s faces in detail again as everyone was just a blur especially her new great grandchildren, her eye sight was failing fast due to Macular Degeneration.The hospital said she was going blind and nothing more could be done and given a leaflet and magnifying glass over 12 months ago. Then by a chance conversation 1 day over 6 months ago with friends we heard about Elizabeth Evans and the light therapy treatment Valeda for Macular Degeneration. She has just started her second round of treatment and her eye sight has improved so much she has got her confidence back. She can see everyone in detail and has started driving again, reading and her favourite thing is knitting for her great grandchildren and no magnifying glass in sight!

I was looking for a good local optician who I could trust. I?ve had a few dodgy experiences at the big chains and I?m looking for consistency and a sound knowledge of eyes. Elizabeth and the team were great, the information I was given was helpful and I am very happy with the service. The after care is excellent.. just what I was looking for.

After many years of using the ?Big Branded? optical outlets, I developed an eye problem but had real difficulty getting an urgent appointment. I visited Elizabeth Evans to see if they could help. Proved to be a game changer. From the helpful professional staff, the hi tech equipment, chic premises, prompt appointment scheduling, this is a world away from the mediocre optical service I was accustomed to. I can highly recommend them. I?ve been with them for around 18 months or so. Every time I visit there is always a warm welcome and I feel like my custom is valued. A rare occurrence in my experience these days!

Brilliant service from Elizabeth and the team. The eye exam is very comprehensive and checks your eye health overall, not just your vision. They really then do give helpful advice when you are picking new glasses, they don?t just agree with whatever you think. Superb personal service at a similar cost to the large chain opticians. I have used for several years and would highly recommend.
