Just had my wedding dress cleaned by Dulais! I chose to go straight after my wedding but was still nervous at the cost / whether all of the stains would come out. The bottom of the dress was black and there were a lot of drink stains from the dress mopping the floor. I collected my dress and it was absolutely immaculate. It smelt clean, looked clean and you would never even think it had even been worn. The price was very reasonable. So much so, I travelled a 4 hour round trip each time to use Dulais. I opted for the boxing service which means I can safely store the dress away and not worry about it going yellow. I want to keep my dress and the cleaning service offered from dulais means I now have a special keepsake forever. Thank you so so much, I highly recommend!

After sitting in my wardrobe for 12 years in a bag my wedding dress was in a horrendous state, had turned yellow and stains everywhere as well as some
Mould stains. So bad I thought it was unsalvageable. I took it to Dulais and they made me no promises but said they?d do their best. I was in absolute shock when we picked it up and it looked almost good as new. They have done such a wonderful job and it was worth every penny including the box that will help to preserve it in future. Highly highly recommend them and they are so friendly and helpful too!!

My future daughter in law was absolutely devastated when she noticed a mark on her wedding dress. It's ivory as well so difficult to source the right chalk for the day and ideally we just wanted the mark removed.. completely. Popped in to Dulais and Nav came to the rescue in 20 minutes whilst we popped next door for coffee and cake. He was so lovely too, totally understood how important it was to us and the mark is totally gone!!!!!We'll be back again after the wedding to get it completely cleaned. Thanks Nav!!!

We took our daughters wedding dress in to the Dulais team for a clean. They provided a friendly exemplary service and the dress is as new. We paid extra for one of their storage boxes and the packing and packaging is excellent. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality service.

My husband had my Wedding dress cleaned & repaired as I had caught the over layer & tore it so needed repaired. I also had my underskirt & Veil cleaned ,I?m very pleased with the work as my dress & veil is very intricate with lots of beading & embellishments. The repair is done to the best of their ability with such a tricky place & material but it?s barely noticeable,The dress was also stored in a box with acid free paper.I Highly recommend for a professional job at a great price.

I couldn?t be happier with the clean on my wedding dress. I had my dress, over skirt and veil cleaned. My dress was filthy underneath due to having a December wedding. My dress is very delicate with Baroque lace, thousands of hand-embroidered beads and paillettes. A delicately layered french chantilly lace and hand embroidered mini paillette tulle column skirt. The staff in this shop couldn?t have been more helpful. The trail on my dress had a tear in and they have fixed it no problem at all. I can?t even tell where the repair was done! Fantastic work!My dress is immaculate again just like the day I got it.Would highly recommend this shop. I will be returning and recommending you.Thank you so much.
