Unfortunately Mother?s Day meal at Rialto wasn?t good at all and ruined my day. Asked for a steak well done, they brought it out bloody, then took it and brought another one which was just as bloody. My partner ordered a beef roast and extra gravy boat. He received a tiny plate with a Yorkshire pudding, 2 slices of beef and 2 small potatoes. No veg, no gravy boat. Asked again for gravy boat & veg. They came 20 min later when he finished his plate with a small bowl with a carrot, peas. Really unhappy with this and once mentioned at the very end when paying the bill the staff just pulled a funny face, no apology whatsoever.

Really lovely place friendly staff lovely food clean and tidy made welcome from beginning to end and very well presented and drinks weren't expensive as with a lot of restaurants

Sonny is the host / owner of this restaurant and always has time to talk to each table very friendly staff . The food is cooked very well the menu should have something for everyone and if not the kitchen will be happy to give you a variation of any meal you want . Always a busy place so would do well to book . Value for money

Went for the first time last night for my daughter?s birthday. What a fantastic find this place is! Food was AMAZING and very reasonably priced! I had a fillet steak which was cooked to perfection with some lovely home made chips and an amazing peppercorn sauce and my daughter had the Pasta Carbonara which she said was also really good and a huge portion which she couldn?t quite manage to finish. Staff were excellent and the place was very clean and tidy! 10/10 for all and we will be back very soon!

Two good points and two not so good. The good points are that the steaks that we had were well cooked and tasty, and the prices are reasonable. The not so good. I ordered fillet steak Rossini but received a fillet with pepper sauce. It was replaced but by then my wife had almost finished hers and the remaining chips were barely warm. There was little by way of apology. The other issue was that the restaurant is noisy especially sitting in the narrow end

We were a party of 12. We booked well ahead and double checked that week that we were expected. We arrived 7.0pm. One and a half hours later about half of us were served starters. Mussels were served with no bowl for shells and no water for fingers in spite of requests. At 9.00pm some of us were served meals. More meals dribbled out over half an hour leaving two of us not being served. At approximately 9.30 we asked where were our meals. The reply was that mine was ready but the other would be 35 minutes . I accepted mine but no vegetables were included. Several people didn?t get vegetables. I could go on but this was v poor service.

Really nice restaurant. Food was lovely, great staff, nice surroundings. There was about 20 in our party and everyone got their meal at the same time which is pretty impressive. I'd definitely return

The nosiest place I have ever been in , someone having a birthday meal and their kids were being allowed to run about in and out the back door like it was a nursery, screaming outside and inside. Which is not helped by the decor which has office blinds and low ceiling so nothing to help dampen any noise that went on for an hour until I left.
Not the atmosphere you expect when going out for a meal.i asked for Diet Coke got full sugar, Ribeye steak was not cooked well. I ordered 3 portions of chips and got one plate of wedges. They had offered wedges and I said no chips please ! kids not impressed. They wanted chips. The spaghetti bolognaise had loads of diced carrots in it again kids not impressed.
But the place is so noisy I couldn?t hear myself think. I asked if they could put some background music on, thinking it would help drown out the noise but that did not happen or if it did it could not be heard over the noise We were sat beside a faulty electrical light fitting that looked like once was in a lamp but it was still connected but just lying on shelf! Not a great look and not safe.This was not a fun time. Then the owner is talking so loudly to a table next to us , I could hear his whole conversation. I?m glad I didn?t order starters or desserts as I could not get out of the place fast enough. If you want a pleasant time to enjoy a meal in a nice atmosphere, where you don?t feel your in a train station, then avoid this place!!
Vegetarian options: Pasta and pizza
Parking: Parked round back beside some bins as car park was pretty full.
Kid-friendliness: Just let your kids run riot no one cares, let them be as noisy as they like as long as you are having a good time and spending money, even if they are not being considerate to others that will be fine.

Been to rialtos numerous times this time on a Saturday night had to wait 20 minutes for a pre booked table which wasn?t ready! Manager Sami rude and staff over worked, to be honest very busy and loud with obnoxious older clientele.
When we reported that we had been spat at from the balcony above the bar staff dismissed this and the manager when I confronted him tbh couldn?t care as we had paid our bill. No apology.
Unless you are a village wannabe and are known to this restauranti wouldn?t bother, I would spend my money else where and would recommend fratellis! Would love a response but not expecting to go back or to get one!!!

We have eaten at Rialtos for many years. The food and service is usually very good but tonight the service from one of the waiting staff was apathetic at the best , she couldn?t wait to clear the table even when I spoke to her about our meal. Our meal was very disappointing the pizza tasted very bland the bad hard and dry. I did mention this to the waitress, she ignored my comment. Another member of our party had Raviloi which he said was bland and not very hot. Needless to say we won?t be returning. Which bus a shame as we have eaten there for many many years.
