Lovely place to visit and we had a great day at the farm. Enjoyed the strawberry picking at its best with my family.

Just stopped off for a bite to eat. We were served by a young chap called Luke. He did a fantastic job under a heavy load of customers. Well done Luke.

Used to love the cafe here ... but I went to the new cafe today and was very disappointed.... was shown to a table.... no menu given and no one came to the table with one. I eventually caught someone to ask for one... it took ages for them to come and take our order of 2 x sandwiches. It took 45 minutes to bring the order and it was very below average, nothing like the old cafe. Sorry, I won't be returning to the cafe.

Went to the fun fair yesterday with a 2 and 4 year old. Was brilliant for this age as the rides are aimed at younger children. There was a fun house with trampolines and a mini soft play inside. Roundabout rides, bouncy castles and characters. The face painting was £7, hook the duck £4.50 but you won a prize every time.

Love the new Brockbushes! Loads more choice and having a proper butcher open at convenient times, that's accessible (butchers are rarely open weekends), is fantastic!!

Massive improvement to the old shop and cafe. They have done a Sterling job and I congratulate them all, a wonderful and friendly team. Well done.

Visited today monday29th at 09.40. We were shown a table and given menu. It was not busy yet it took over 10 minutes for staff to take order, three of them standing at desk chatting while customers waiting to order not a good look. We ordered drinks and cakes which when they had not arrived after 30 minutes of ordering we left. I counted 9 staff on duty no co-ordination of what was going on,just drifting around looking lost. A shame as it always used to be so good. Saw others leave too. Massive issue with staff training required.

Visited Brocksbushes for the weekend and it was an excellent quality family day out. There?s a play area inside the farm which is a great addition for family with kids.
Strawberries were really of great sweetness also the fun part is you get to enjoy picking your own.
Bit disappointed that we were only allowed to pick strawberries and not other berries which happened to be closed fields for picking. Posting those availability?s online will get the visitors to choose their suitable days to book their visit.
Online reservations are mandatory and was sad to see some families were turned away since they haven?t got one.
There?s a tea room and a shop inside the farm which I feel a bit pricey and could see most items are priced £3.50 and above (small pie for ref)
Wheelchair accessible and have clean toilets with baby changing area. However guaranteed bumpy ride for wheelchair or buggy inside farm fields

Enjoyed picking the fruit, but left Courtyard Restaurant before drinks came. Waited over half an hour just for a drink! Chased up with two members of staff however, they didnt seem to care.
