The staff seem to consider the customers a nuisance. Prescription medication is never ready within the 72 hours stipulated, usually taking at least a week.

Its a great little seaside town. Beautiful beach, lots of historic places and the amazing couple sculpture. Well worth a visit!

Was advised on a over the counter product by my Dentist. Was told to take two tablets the night before dental surgery and two on the morning of the procedure . The pharmacists REFUSED to sell me the product (which is sold over the counter). Tried to give me another less effective product - so left!! went to Boots and got the said product without any problem!!! Pharmacist rude and argumentative! avoid!!!!

Never have me my tablets when they were sent from the doctor, they said they have a new system so that tablets only get given out sent out after 4 days, I had to wait 3 days to get my prescription sorted by the doctor to be sent across, 7 days without my tablets, I had to go to the hospital to get them, worst pharmacy I have ever been to and worst staff. I would not recommend going to this pharmacy at all.

Never have what I need in, despite having presceiption days in advance. When I'm told to come back the next day they tell me they didnt order it again. Waits of over half an hour and unhelpful staff. Will be going to another chemist from now on.

Disgraceful Rude Staff!
I've been getting my tablets & dosette box from here for the last 9 years with a few minor problems.
I usually speak to Vicky or another lady who've worked there for years & they sort things quickly.
The last few weeks if you need a prescription it takes 2 days!!
With this being so long I had to borrow a inhaler from a neighbour when I started to have a asthma attack.
Spoke to one of the rude ladies at the chemist who couldn't of cared less then put the phone down on me.
What the hell is going on in that shop!
Had another issue & spoke to pharmacist who was really nice.
Got my dosette box today, should of had 2 lots in for the bank holiday & only had 1.
Rang chemist & explained I was going on holiday & wouldn't have any tablets for a week (morphine, Carbamazapine ect 12 items & was told by snotty woman you won't get next one til 4th, i dunno whether she was abit thick but she wasn't taking in what I was telling her.
Then said don't shout, & put the phone down & I heard her say shes put the phone down on me!!
Which I didn't.
I've never known such stupid, ignorant,
Snotty horrible staff in all my life.
Since Vickys gone the whole place has gone to pieces, tho I can understand her going, working with such imbeciles.

Horrible pharmacy with the worst attitude of a pharmacist I have ever known. She seems to think we the customers are an inconvenience walking in and 'disrupting' her (as I could hear her saying behing her counter) Vile little woman. Stay clear. However the other Well Pharmacy just down the road is a different story altogether. So myself and.my family now go there and will.continue to do so. Avoid Cleveland Terrace Well Pharmacy at all costs.

Terrible pharmacy and staff, my 3 yo daughter has a fever, gastro virus I was told by 111 to give her infant paracetamol, (IP) when I went to this pharmacy to get it on â??pharmacy firstâ?? ( to save me from going to A&E or GP, ) the pharmacist refused to give me any. She claimed that the medical advice is donâ??t give infant paracetamol unless the temperature is extremely high. I had been told by 111 to give her IP every 4 hrs and avoid my GP because she has a gastro virus. Unfortunately because I couldnâ??t get the IP from pharmacy her condition worsened and I had to go to A&E - no wonder Northumbria healthcare trust hospitals were closed because of winter vomiting bug with incompetent pharmacists who have no clue what they are doing. Pharmacy First was developed to save the NHS money, this message hasnâ??t filtered down to this pharmacy. Stay away from this place if you value your health - I am making a formal complaint to NHS England.
