This is the third time in an many weeks that I have been disappointed with WH Smith. I was looking urgently for a printer cartridge. In the shelfs for the Type I needed was 6 cards. So I took two and went to collect and pay, only to be told "We are actually out of stock of this item sir". The staff have had months to do... read full comment

Rent to see if they had forteandtimes magazine in the lady said no we don’t do that here we have got that one in. I know they do as I’ve always bought it at Blyth WH store only it’s closing down.
