Popped in today to hopefully see a pharmacist about a rash on my arm.
I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, the staff were very polite and the pharmacist was excellent.
Great pharmacy, will be my go to pharmacy going forward.

Very unfriendly staff in the pharmacy. My prescription is never ready. Phone the automated prescription line. Still no prescription. So really what is the point. Definitely changing surgery. Very disappointing service

Would give it no stars if I could .
This pharmacy has certainly gone down hill. Only received half of my medication via the robot with no explanation given .
On returning to the pharmacy the next day .was told I had to pay for an emergency supply when it was the pharmacy's fault they didn't order the correct dosage of my medication.
Also while waiting and elderly gentleman was told that two off his items had not been ordered .
Also a person rang the pharmacy to be told that the medication would not be there till Monday .... terrible service

Brilliant community Pharmacy, walked through the door into a busy shared waiting room, with the adjoining Doctors Surgery. I was called to the counter almost immediately I asked to see the Pharmacist and was shown to the consulting room within a minute, explained my problem was given advice taken back to the counter and sold the appropriate medication, on my way home in under five minutes.

Worst pharmacy I've ever known, I have been using it for 16 years, and I'm still waiting for the time I turn up and my prescription is actually done. Very frustrating

These guys work so hard and I have always received good service I speak for my self on my visits and I have on occasion asked for adviseAnd I found they have done a great job on there vaccinations roll out wish the GP service could match it or the call systems could be as punctualWell done wellway pharmacyIn my view

I've only just joined the doctors and pharmacy for prescriptions..My very 1st experience wasI walked in to the reception, and I had to wait while the receptionist dealt with a worker, who needed some door open, so she left me standing and dealt with him ?Then I was told after 10 mins standing, that my prescription had gone to the pharmacy, which is right by the same door to the docs, I then waited another 10 mins as one pharmacist insisted on filling a prescription for the customer straight away, even tho she had just handed a script in, amd she saw me waiting..Then I stood at the window, while they stood around, drinking coffee and chatting..NOT 1 PERSON APPROACHED ME in almost 20 mins, so I left..

Gone downhill since Valens took over, sadly. The GPs are top-notch but the pharmacy is S-L-O-W.
