Recently visited your store with my daughter who is 10 months old when I was playing quietly with a little bumble bee you have in store, I was buzzing it around my daughter & she was laughing at me and then some worker came over and shouted at me ?that?s not a toy!!? So I went oh okay I?m sorry, what is it? I left abruptly and said I take it you don?t want me to buy it then. She went I?d love you to buy it . I said how awkward .. and walked out. As a young mum I find it difficult to keep my young daughter occupied when shopping and thought the toy would be a good distraction for her as she loves her bumble bee book, I?m in shock by the rudeness of your staff member and I will never return.

Popped in to see if they had any books, by an author i had previously read books by & trying to find another of her books-(they didn't). Well stocked (as are all Waterstones). Good shop if you live/visit Morpeth as I was.

Great store overall as I visit it alot, when into Waterstones this morning in Morpeth to ask about a book i pre ordered and a male worker there was anti social and very unprofessional he also seemed annoyed at my question about the email of when my order would arrive, I always feel comfortable in this store but this male member of staff made me uncomfortable, I don?t know if he is new but that not the way to act around customers.
