Very slow and poor service from one worker. Customer has hearing difficulties (explained) and the worker refused to speak up or move her hand from in front of her mouth when talking. It took an age to get a new deal (not well explained at all) and then another age to get the 'system' to work for an ID check. We walked out and will go elsewhere. Not recommended.
