My late mother wanted me to have her wedding and engagement rings so I took them to The Jewellers Guild in Morpeth, They designed and made me an exquisite ring using her stones and gold. The service and after care at The Jewellers Guild are second to none and I highly recommend this first class establishment. Thank you Jewellers Guild.

What a really lovely a time spent with Chrissy today!
We discussed many alternatives for the repair of a silver necklace with sentimental value.
She listened to what I wanted and offered great ideas too.
Nothing seemed too much trouble and the repair that she did make was excellent.

I dealt with Kriselda, a member of staff, who was extremely helpful, explaining the process from start to finish and who was very pleasant and professional.

Krizzie and the team at TJG were absolutely brilliant. Krizzie helped us to choose the perfect engagement ring, and both our wedding rings. I took my mums wedding ring in, and her eternity ring and Krizzie helped us to design the most incredible wedding ring using the stones and gold to make something modern, personal and which means so much. A lovely, friendly and professional team who make time to make you feel so welcome - nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend and wouldn?t go anywhere else.

Excellent and very helpful service. My son bought a watch in that had not been working since the mid 1990?s and has a great deal of sentimental value to our family. It only needed a new battery which I was very surprised about. Thank you for your honest, excellent service.

Excellent service. I researched the best jewellers in Morpeth on google with a view to purchasing a ring for my wife's birthday which was Valentines Day. From the moment we entered the shop we felt comfortable and the care and interest shown by Michelle was superb. She was very knowledgable and patient and thanks to the team we purchased a beautiful ring at a very reasonable price. It was a bonus to chat with mark who designed and made the ring. They even gave us 2 bottles
of fizz to celebrate This was customer care at its best. Thank you all so much. Will be back for a watch when I retire!

I had a watch repair carried out. The watch, while quite new, had extensive damage to the dials and it had stopped working. The team at JG had it perfectly serviced and repaired within 2 weeks.
