Place is lovely but the Apple and rhubarb crumble wasnt that good-not cooked and bland, the pizza was a bit burnt but overall it's good.

Just went for something to eat and drink sat outside with the dogs, service was first class, food was good and beer garden spacious and well kept.

We just had a 3 night winter break to celebrate a birthday and our wedding anniversary and we?re very happy with all aspects of our stay. The manager runs an excellent establishment and goes out of his way to welcome customers and ensure they enjoy their stay at the Amble Inn. The buffet breakfast was excellent and awe tried many of the choices on the menu and none were disappointing, well done to the chefs! All the staff deserve recognition too as everyone was friendly and helpful and certainly enhanced our stay, especially Chris and Molly. We will be back and Thankyou, Chris and Jean Taylor x

A lovely hotel on the outskirts of Amble. The rooms were sla ious, very clean and comfortable.The food was good. It's a short 15 minute stroll into Amble Town.

Great 1 night stay, winter23 deal. Room clean tidy and warm. Evening meal delicious had rump steak with chips, bearnaise sauce, then hazelnut roulade with white chocolate ice cream. Dining room/ bar area also clean and tidy. Big shout out for amazing customer service from Daniella, this lady was quick and efficient from warm welcome checking us in, serving us at bar, delivering food to table, check back everything was alright with food, clearing plates away, all with a big smile.

My mam and dad went here for a weekend away for Mother?s Day. Everyone was so helpful but would like to make a big shoutout to Nathan he went out his way to make sure they had an amazing stay. He deserves a lot of praise. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend the prices are fair and the food is lovely.

Very nice inside plenty of tables great choices for food and drink and friendly staff. Dogs are allowed and there are a few quiet corners to sit with them if that's a concern like mine. Plenty of parking and worth a visit.Food & drinks: There's plenty of choice, my wife is vegetarian and she was happy with the choices. Prices are reasonable for this day and age.

This is quite a newly built hotel and a change from some of the others in need of an update! The rooms are a decent size and very clean. The restaurant and bar I liked, a wide selection of drinks and a decent menu. The hotel is located to the south of Amble and less than a mile from the harbour, probably a 20 minute walk away but I was lazy and drove!There is a Morrisons supermarket and a filling station next door and the Coastal route isn?t far away.Overall it?s a nice clean modern hotel, well situated with friendly and welcoming staff.

Called in for a meal on a Friday evening. Looked busy but there were tables available, we were told to sit anywhere that wasn't reserved.The only table available was dirty, the floor under the table had food all over it and the seat was stained. We were going to get a drink while we decided what to order but the queue for the bar was at least 10 deep. We spent about 10 mins thinking about whether to stay or not and the queue didn't go down! Not a very relaxing environment sitting at a dirty table contemplating how long we would have to queue so we decided to leave. Disappointing!
