Not really worth one star.
Called in-store this morning looking for Christmas presents, decided to look for perfume, there was a very large gap between the counter where the till was and another counter so I stepped forward by a single footstep to take a closer look as due to having cataracts I cannot see too well.
I was immediately shouted at by a member of staff and told I could not stand there, her manerism was both loud and alarming.
How utterly shocked I was to be confronted in such a manner.
The female in question had no customer service skills to be dealing with members of the public and needs to be aware that some people like to keep their independence and simply want to look at products themselves.
Not all disabilities/ conditions are visible.
I suggest she is spoken to by her line manager and made aware of her actions as she could really upset someone in the future.
If the store policy is not to allow people to look at their products behind those counters then surely either a polite notice or simply a security ribbon across the gap should be in place.
I will never return to the Morpeth store.

Yvonne, store manager was exceptionally helpful in locating and returning to me my misplaced sunglasses which I wear everyday for my thyroid eye disease. I commend her professionalism and that of the store staff. Thank you again ?

Just been to morpeth selected 2 items from rimmel i did look for 3 for 2 sign as i knew rimmel usually do but didn't notice it. I continued down the makeup aisle and a young assistant asked me if I had just selected 2 from rimmel I said yes then she promptly pointed out it was 3 for 2. Well done to this young girl. Slim with hair tied in pony tail. Great added sales ?

Medium sized store with spacious aisles & always well stocked shelves. Reasonably priced products probably cheaper than Boots on mainy lines.

Always shop at Superdrug for my toiletries etc. Buy there own brands because they are cruelty free, and they are good value for money too.
