As someone who was brought up in the Salvation Army, someone who has volunteered at the shops and a supporter of the Salvation Army it?s disgusting to see how this shop operates. You have a teddy in the window for £40? yes £40 the same teddy that sold for £13.99 brand new from a retailer.

Legendary Experience, Good Presents, Great Value!Something a bit different. Great old clothes and shoes - top quality makes at very reasonable prices. Fine jigsaws. Nice old things for presents that are different. Friendly staff. All in a good cause. What more could you ask?

The shop is ridiculously overpriced...yes some stuff is designer I understand but a shabby old barbour jacket for £70 and a worn out tesco coat for £30?!?! And £8 for a dorothy perkins top?!? Its a charity shop!! They clearly have trouble shifting some items as I see the same stuff every week at times. I think the staff are friendly but I hate that the ladies stand outside smoking and let the awful smell drift into the shop. The other local charity shops are much more reasonably priced.

They closed 30 mins early. Really annoying as i needed to get a lot of items. Will have to go elsewhere.

On arrival there were two staff members. One of them said watch these two they have just went from one charity shop to the other. (Before she exited to the back room). Then whilst looking around the store I stopped by the tombola table. When I turned around their was the other female staff. I went over to my husband then I turned and watched her inspect the table to see if anything was missing. If this is how you expect to treat potential customers then a wake up call on customer service skills is needed. It may be upmarket for a charity shop but at the end of the day that is what you are and customers are where you generate the money from to give far and wide for those whom need it. shame you dont come across that way. Thankfully there are many other shops in Morpeth that show by far better service and are glad of all purchases made! Merry Christmas.
