We were shopping for a suit for my husband. Raisa served us at Next in Morpeth.
She was extremely helpful polite and courteous, with a lovely smile .

Morpeth next is a brilliant store with excellent customer service it's interesting how many kids of mine are working there as fraudsters due to their mum's doing it the wrong way from before birth weather my child is married her wedding certificate becomes void from next store and tui Morpeth were I've got a daughter working in tui as a fraudsters due to her mum doing it the wrong way from before birth instead of turning a blind eye especially when you know what I'm saying is the truth get ready for the court case and when my kids and there mum's provide a DNA test for court and when that DNA test proves that I'm right all my kids documents will be getting changed and my kids will be giving there true identity especially over Numb Skull Men That are Bank accounts without them having any DNA In my Kids There for They Have No rights perental fraud and other Charges come to mind See You In court Get To know the lord our GOD And The Ten Commandments The Truth Will Set You Free In Jesus Christ Name I PRAY AMEN ?

The Morpeth store is a complete, and dirty, waste of space. The men's department has been given a tiny space next to the coffee shop upstairs and has a very limited range of clothing. There are rarely any staff to ask for help and the small number who were downstairs were too busy to help upstairs. Added to that the fitting rooms are a totally filthy disgrace. I would appear that no one has even swept the floor for weeks

Went to the store intending to buy almost £3k of furniture, but the staffing in the Home department was woeful, it was simply a glorified Amazon collection point. One woman shouting out names and one chap fetching the orders. Woman was not helpful at all ( actually a bit rude) when my wife asked if someone could help. We left and they aren?t getting our money in exchange for that attitude.

Spent a fortune in childrens department in this Morpeth store & then went to womens department picked up a bracelet in the sale , whet got to check out the sales assistant couldn?t authorise the discount we waited 25 mins there was a queue forming behind us , the assistant rang the manager 3 times & even went looking for her , in end we give in & left without bracelet . Disgrace to the manager of this store .

Great addition to Morpeth. Very clean shop with friendly staff. Order online up to 11pm for next day collection really is excellent. Can even collect Amazon parcels here. Not as big as Newcastle metro center etc but well stocked with a Costa upstairs also.
