I don't usually rate supermarkets but this one really stands out with its lovely staff who go out of their way to help. A pleasure to shop at.

Too many multiple discounts on perishable items which means elderly have to pay more for small purchases. Free parking vehicle height limit in upper tier. Trolleys require £1 coin. Very busy today but all checkouts staffed. Lottery not working .

A bit off a bit and miss customer service bought lottery lovely lady shop is clean ok but nothing special a bit all over the place trying to find what you want will use again I might get used to it

More water on the floors down the fridge isles than it rainy outside? most fridges did not have any lights on? but apart from that we did buy some things and staff helpful and friendly

Had the unfortunate experience in Morrisons Morpeth with a Over zealous staff member throwing away my receipts for gift cards I had the unfortunate thing happen when the staff member had to correct the self service checkout and she threw my receipts in the bin without asking if they were mine the staff need more training

Big car park. Found everything we needed both fresh and frozen. Staff were very friendly. Cafe on site. Lots of bargains. I would recommend.
