The level of customer service is deplorable. My company uses MKM as our main supplier however we will certainly not be back to this branch. Awkward, disagreeable and certainly unaccommodating!

Just received another delivery. Drivers always very friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff at depot are always helpful on telephone and again nothing is too much trouble. We are using MKM more and more as the service is excellent. Delivery is always quick
