“We only used restaurants, chose it only because we just arrived in the area and it was the closest place to have something to eat . OMG, what a great choice. Service was absolutely amazing , and Lady serving us super friendly and gentleman behind the bard is absolutely great. Food was superb, we really didn't expect that , and stick toffee pudding ? ? ? no words to describe.”

“Wonderful hotel in a beautiful period property !! Set in a quiet Northumberland village, not far from the coast. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Food in the restaurant is delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful.”

“Booked to eat dinner here as we were staying nearby & they have a decent varied menu with some good veggie options.When I called to book I was asked if we were bringing dogs, as they have a dog friendly dining ares, we weren't - but worth knowing anyway.We had a friendly welcome & the food was really fresh & tasty.I would have had a dessert if they'd offered cheese & biscuits, but unfortunately they don't.We all enjoyed our dinner - I'm definitely eating there again the next time I'm in Amble.”
