Got a Motability car, tyres needed checked and potentially replacing. Spoke to Jack at Morpeth, who reassured me and explained he would seek to get two tyres replaced. Gave me sound advice regarding the rear wheels. Very good job. Jack, Brandon and Bailey were very helpful. Thank you

I can only thank and praise the 2 members of staff at the Morpeth Kwik fit. They were aware that we were under time pressure to get a puncture resolved. They went above and beyond to source 2 new tyres (we were advised that the other front tyre was very worn) and get them fitted the same day. I returned at the specified time of 4 pm and my car was immediately taken in for the required work. It was such a pleasure to deal with such an efficient, helpful and friendly business.

Booked online for a free brakes test at 1030am. Arrived 10 minutes early and was informed by customer service that due to staff shortage it may take up to 2 hours. Asked staff member for update at 1145am if the test would be done by 130pm. He advised me no chance of that and he wasn't even sure when my vehicle would be seen this afternoon. I do not see any point in even booking an online slot with this garage. I also would appreciate being told this at arrival .

I can't express how deeply dissatisfied I am with their service. Initially, I was quoted an absurdly high price of £265 for an interim service on my Vauxhall 1.6, despite finding on their own website that the price should have been only £177. When I pointed this out, they stumbled over their words, claiming it was an error.
To make matters worse, I was told that both of my rear tires needed replacing and that my brake and indicator lights had wiring issues that they couldn't fix. Unsurprisingly, when I took my car to a trusted garage down the road, they found no issues with the tires at all and the only issues i had with lights was a simple bulb replacement, which was fixed in a matter of seconds by the trusted garage.
What?s worse is that my car went in with 36 PSI in both the front and rear tires, within 12 hours of leaving kwik fit there was a slow puncture in the front left tyre. This feels like an attempt to cash in on me buying a new from them, which is both dishonest and unprofessional.
Despite hearing negative reviews about this garage beforehand, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because no other garage was available at the time.
Now I regret that, They are deceitful and their behavior is unacceptable, and I will never return to this garage again. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

This is an old review, but I shall never use this garage again.
My car was getting some work done, and once everything was complete, I collected the car to discover that something was rattling on the way home. I took the car back (twice), and the technicians insisted that there was nothing wrong.
On the third visit, they were quite rude towards us, but they must have completed a more thorough inspection as it turned out that the technician had left his tools in the engine bay!
