My wife shops regularly at the Hobbs store in Morpeth. She chooses Hobbs because of the styling and quality of women's clothing the brand sells.
She had mentioned that she had seen a coat and a dress that she particularly liked so with the help of Carys, I purchased both the coat and the dress. They were perfect in every way and to top it off my wife was delighted.
I have to say that, without exception, every member of the sales team in the Morpeth branch are excellent in every respect. Customer care is of paramount importance so, it will come as no surprise that I give them 10/10 for delivering a 5/5 star service.
To everyone working in the Morpeth branch a very sincere thank you.

I met a lovely assistant as I walked through the door, who took me straight to what I needed to try - a dress for my niece's wedding. Deborah understood my needs(petite) and my colour choices. She was so encouraging and pleasant; knew all about the product and if it were the right style, she would check to see if it could be ordered in the Petite size. I was so delighted with the first dress I didn't need to try the second one, Deborah brought a pair of beautiful shoes to try so that I could see the idea of the whole outfit. I am delighted to have met Deborah - and then Shirley the manageress, on my second visit to collect the Petite style. I tried that dress on in the shop and she was so truthful and complimentary, I felt extremely fortunate to have the services of a very knowledgeable and professional staff. The other assistant was also on hand, and again very pleasant. Not once did I feel pressured to buy; I was able to be guided by their knowledge and then make the final decision myself. I would heartily recommend anyone to this lovely shop where the customer is the priority and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel valued and special. Thank you very much indeed to Deborah in particular, and Shirley and the rest of the attending staff that day. I will definitely be back in the future.

The staff at Hobbs Morpeth could not have been more helpful on my recent visit. They reserved a coat for me which I had seen online and it was waiting for me when I walked in. Lots of helpful advice as to how to wear it. I wish this store was nearer to my home address. Highly recommend.

What a breath of fresh air, Carys at your Morpeth store was a wonderful and very helpful ambassador for your brand. Her advice and enthusiasm left me feeling quite relieved about finding a suitable outfit for my son's wedding.

Called in to just browse with my elderly mum for my sons summer wedding and both of us left fully suited and booted from head to toe. Thank you so much for your patience, professional advice and amazing styling knowledge. I was actually putting it off as never have any idea what to wear and feel I have had the whole experience taken care for me. My mum is absolutely thrilled with her complete outfit and totally appreciates your help in sourcing her matching handbag from Derby,which arrives this week. Will definitely be back.

I want to say thank you to the two wonderful staff who helped me in your Morpeth shop today, I had wanted a certainHobbs jacket but tried online but was unable to find it, went in to Hobbs and was so pleased I did, your staff were so kind, and with in minutes found the one I wanted, unfortunately I?m a petit lady but was advised to try one on in standard size which fit great, so they ordered it for me and I will have it in a couple of days, so I think they deserve a mention, one lady was Lana and I think Sharon, but I?m sure you will know who worked Saturday 20 th April about 12 o?clock, every time I visit any of your wonderful shops I just have to buy something

Popped into Phase 8, to look for an outfit to wear for a Civil partnership ceremony. I wasn't sure about the outfit I tried on so Susan very kindly took me down to Hobbs the sister store.I was assisted by Claire who helped to find the kind of outfit I was looking for. Nothing was any trouble to her, she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She went out of her way to find accessories to go with the outfit I was trying on, and even popped back to Phase 8 to find a matching fascinator. I was extremely impressed with her warmth, enthusiasm and her whole attitude.It is so nice to walk into a shop and be surrounded by such lovely staff who are so knowledgeable about the products they sell. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly, which reflects on the atmosphere when walking into the store.So... thank you Claire, for all your help, and nice to meet Sharon the manager too.
