Great service. Phoned last minute for a bouquet, 30 minutes before closing. Nice, pleasant lady had them ready for me in 15 mins. Excellent value and quality flowers. Go and give her your support as she is now doing this from her home after having to give up her store during lockdown. Highly recommended.

Flowers arrived a day late for my Grans birthday! There was no phone call or warning on the day to let me know that the delivery would be a day late. When I rang up they still charged me delivery and were not apologetic at all. Will not be using this business again. Very unprofessional and lack of communication with their customers.

Very disappointed, ordered flowers for a birthday they did not get delivered on the day. They delivered them the day after. When I rang to complain they explained they had a family emergency. I as a customer should have least had a phone call so I could have made alternative arrangements. Not very professional and would not use ever again. They still charged me a delivery charge too.

My father in law got married today in Morpeth ,so about 3weeks ago we ordered the flowers from Hardy's .we paid in full when we ordered them and told the lady that we would need to collect them at 9.00am the morning of the wedding as the ceremony was at 10,45 .we got to Hardy's 9.00 as we wanted to get home and ready.imagine our suprise when we got there and the same woman that took our order and wrote it in the book had no idea what so ever .she apologized and said it would take her half an hour to make our order ..so we went for a coffee across the road while we waited the half hour ,I could see other customers coming and going with flowers so we went back after half an hour and the were still not ready.we were late to my father's wedding which caused great upset to all our family.needless to day we will never be going back to Hardy's for anything

Really let down by my experience today, used the shop for 20 years since my wedding . Tried ordering a bouquet for my wife for our anniversary and was told sorry can't do them tomorrow (!) were too busy, it'll have to be the day after. Is 30 hours notice not enough? Could understand if I rang up looking for a delivery that day. Went elsewhere, won't be getting anymore business from me

Always great service, florist is really good. I got my dad's funeral flowers from here and they were lovely. I've used them previous to this and have always had nice bouquets.

Was made to feel extremely unwelcome on my visit today. I wanted to ask advice on my wedding bouquet to which I was advised she would have to serve customers before talking to me (was obvious my custom didn't count) dismissively waved me to the side and began answering a general enquiry from a customer who came in after me. I was very taken aback and felt embarrassed. I then asked what would go well with white roses to which she waved both her arms to all the flowers around me. I felt highly uncomfortable and just wanted some help for my wedding flowers as I am not the professional. I was rushed out as more 'customers' came in. I was asked if I wanted to book an appointment but I am so upset by the experience I won't ever be back. Still no flowers for my wedding :(
