I would never go into Morpeth EE shop ever again. SIMON the Senior Technical Advisor, what an awful man. He was the rudest person in a customer facing role I have ever had to deal with. In fact I have left EE as a direct result of his arrogance and rudeness towards my husband and I. I had only been a customer for just over a week. I told him how rude he was. I also complained to EE customers services but sadly heard nothing back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING INTO THE MORPETH EE SHOP.

Intentionally misleading, staff members are insanely rude, they have been stealing from me and charging me for services that we never ever received. We are taking complaints to trading standards are both the store and the online customer services are so insanely incompetent.

Absolutely horrible rude girl in shop today unhelpful cheeky and rude need to give some of your staff a talking to there loosing customers I won't be back in fact I'm changing networks not worth 1 star

I have a contract with EE but the staff were totally unhelpful, went down the road to PC & Phones world rang EE and sorted the problem.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Our issues had been resolved in a timely and cost effective manner, offering a nice selection of offers and alternatives which helped us in making an educated decision.
