Purchased half my kitchen appliances through econofreeze.Cancelling a Curry?s order I made and going to buy the rest of appliances from econofreeze instead. Very happy definitely going to use again

Had to ring today after my oven element blew. Rang and spoke to a guy, who seemed a little confused, asked for make and model, when given then told need model number? Rang back with this info, then told couldn't find that model? Eventually they rang back to say this part is now obsolete, when we said we could get one on Amazon but not for another week, we were told to do just that!! Really helpful on New year's Eve. 1 star is only for them being open, poor attitude
