One year ago I purchased a five years old automatic Vauxhall Combo 1.5D, which was a motability car from Davidson's of Morpeth. I kept reminding myself to not forget to leave a review for them, because Ian Marriott sales controller and Colin Davidson finance advisor were the most helpful, patient and honest people I've ever met working in car sales. After purchasing several cars in the past years for my business, I'm sure that they are real professionals, the best I could met in their trade. Thank you again for your assistance !

Absolutely superb customer service from a friendly family garage which genuinely cares- a pleasure to deal with and so reassuringly different from those large PLC garages. Bought a car here which unfortunately had a problem once I took it home- I was worried sick after spending a lot of money on it but needn't have been. Davidsons went out of their way to resolve things to my satisfaction and could not have been any more helpful or fairer, giving me options without me having to push. When things go wrong, you get a true measure of a business. Davidsons, I salute you- I've never experienced such great, honest service from a garage before. Buy here with confidence.

Bought a car from the garage last week. I live in South Wales and I felt the communication and helpful attitude of Mark were very reassuring. Despite looking after two small children over the Easter holidays and the sale moving very slowly on my end, Mark was patient and I felt like I received all of the information I needed in a timely and thorough manner. I trusted Mark enough to part with my money without seeing the vehicle in person and he organised to have it delivered to Wales. I'm delighted with the car, my experience and the price I paid. Mark also phoned me a few days later to check everything was okay. Would highly recommend!

Just bought a secondhand car from Davisons of Morpeth. Couldn?t be happier. Excellent service from Mark Landon and Ian Marriott. Beautiful car. Would highly recommend for the decency and straightforward conduct. This was especially important for me because it was a distance purchase. But there was no drama at all. My expectations were well and truly exceeded both in terms of the quality of the vehicle and the level of service I received from the team.

Bought a car from Davidsons which needed a small repair doing that Davidsons agreed to do, however after numerous emails and telephone messages they never got back in touch. They're not interested after the deal is done. It's just rude not to return someone's countless emails and phone calls and very bad service.

Great experience dealing with James @ Davidson's Morpeth.
He was approachable, clear and very proactive and reactive to concluding our sale.
The sales process itself contained no hard sell or pushing finance products, which was refreshing compared to some other garage experiences.
We came away with a really competitively priced Mokka-e.
Would highly recommend.

Very happy with our experience when buying a second-hand car. Chris was friendly and professional and answered all our questions efficiently. Pricing was very fair in our opinion having visited a few other dealerships. Would happily buy from them again when the time is right.
