Shocking treatment today, charging extra for butter then manager making comment in front of my sister, as to we're not a charity shop. Very bad and totally unprofessional, will definitely not be going back.

Apparently they don't accept Scottish Bank notes? Or Northern Ireland notes despite both being Sterling and legal tender. Costa head office say otherwise?

Staff are lovely, comfortable sofas, fantastic coffee, my little ones love the babychinos. Don't forget your reusable cup for double points!

Today's visit not so good decided to have apple and rhubarb refresher drink, I would not recommend this as it consists of syrup,tap water from the hand wash sink and ice for £3.45. The person I spoke to thought that it was OK to use that water. Certainly not impressed.

Excellent service. So clean in comparison to many other branches. Staff well trained and know what a real customer service is. Should send the rude staff from Uxbridge here to be trained!

We like this Costa, we normally try to support the independent coffee shops ( of which their are several) in Morpeth, however they all get really busy at peak time's and you can usually get served and find a seat at Costa.Love the Pig's in Blankets toastie served over Christmas.Parking: Free parking for 3 Hours, but need a disc (£1 from most local shops) you'll need to wait for a space at lunch times, very busy, parking Also available at Morrisons over the road , again 3 Hours free.

Love this Costa much prefer it to one on main street more comfortable and space always friendly staff and when they have been short staffed I know they just use take out cups but least you can still get your cuppa hopefully when fully staffed there opening times are

We go to this costa on a regular basis. Food nice, coffees are the best but by far they have one of the rudest members of staff working for them. Everytime she is serving it always feels like it's an inconvenience to her, never polite and today bordering on rude! The atmosphere between the servers were strained today, not comfortable at all. When I do go back, if she is serving then I will go somewhere else with pleasant staff

Over recent months the outlet has been closed more often than open. Only using takeaway cups. Not what a coffee shop experience is about. They are so unreliable customers are giving up on them. I commented to a member of staff that it was nice to see her back again and got a rude response. Asked what the problem was with opening and got a very non commital reply.
