Got corrected on my poor English... Store not at all adapted for busy periods with customers just browsing and wanting to look at small items, eg brooches or pins. Grumpy staff. As a visitor to town for a couple of hours- lasting bad impression of this store.

why are children's dvds twice the price of any other ?? at ashington they sell them 3 for a quid morpeth branch rips people off they all are the same charity at the end of the day haway man give yourselves a shake shame on you

Dropped off a considerable amount of good quality donations to the side door of Morpeth BHF charity shop this morning. A simple smile or a thank you would have been nice but the man and woman who took them in hardly gave us the time of day. Neither spoke only to confirm they would find our details from our address for gift aid!! We certainly will not be donating to this branch again.

I had look around the bhf charity shop at Morpeth today with my mum and dad and I found that good dvd and clothes deals on at the shop and my mum saw a nice hand bag In the store at a postive price but she not buy it and it had excellent covid social distance rules In the shop I had a good time
