The only way to review this place is to start where it matters, in the picket. "Greed" seems to be the word of the day for this lot and even gave wrong advice just to sell their cheap emulsion when the advice I'd give her was the way we went and had to return paint as it was no good for job (let the professionals do their job, just concentrate on what we ask for, not for what your manager is on bonus for) far, far too expensive to a point of again, greed.

I recently visited my local Brewers Store located on the Coopies Industrial Estate in Morpeth, Northumberland. The purpose of the visit was to obtain some exterior paint (for a garden gate) to match the colour of our existing summer house. The young man serving used a device which he placed on the summer house colour sample and the data obtained from this scan was used to generate a copy-cat colour-matched pot of paint. Unfortunately, following my arrival home, the colour of the new paint was tested and found to be far removed from the original colour. Needless to say later that day I returned to the Brewers Store to explain the mismatch colour to one of your senior attendant?s Chris. Chris simply took charge of the situation and through a series of attempts to match my colour requirements, worked over quite an extended period of time, Chris eventually managed to produce an almost perfect match! Brewers and particularly Chris displayed an attitude second to none and consequently I?d have absolutely no reservations in turning my business their way or indeed recommending Brewers and in particular Chris as the best ?go-to? business/person for your decorating requirements!

Beware of this place !!.. charged me £83 for a 5 litre tub of Dulux emulsion?.. Will definitely be discussing this with trading standards?.

Quite expensive, but where isn't nowadays. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. As well as a good range of paints and all related tools etc. you could need. If you want cheap paint then it's not the place for you. They stock a few good quality paints but expect to pay a lot for them. Signed up for a brewers card today and saved 10% .Wish they had offered me the option to do that last time I visited when I spent close to £300.

The staff are excellent and are very well informed in all aspects of decorating. The premises are really well stocked in a wide range of paints.They are very helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The shop provides an excellent range of made to order colour match pots. All in all an excellent resource for professional decorators and the wider public.
