The service from boots opticians was absolutely outstanding, can?t recommend them enough. Lucinda was so honest about the glasses that suited me and was extremely helpful, can?t thank her enough I would follow her where ever she went.

Joined contact lenses monthly payment plan but you don?t get contact lenses for three month ?? So purchased on line ones recommend £47.00
Then first Direct debit goes out from Boots £31.00 the next month had to purchase again on line this time went back to the ones I preferred on line £39.00 paid Direct debit from Boots this time £61.00 ???? Still no contacts from them , so cancel at Bank rang Boots passed on to direct debit people that tried to pass me back to Boots rang direct debit people asked why the amount was now double no one had an answer. No one helped stopped the payment from Bank. Rang back cancelled scheme asked for the £31 refunded still no help then nasty letter saying I?ve missed my £61 payment It had cost me £179 for contact lenses that would?ve probably just normally cost me 70 They need to look at their scheme, but to be fair with you not happy with the glasses poor quality won?t be back family cancelled appointment No help no support. Also had to wait for my glasses as when they arrived they were scratched so had to wait a further to receive them my advice go elsewhere.not happy at all I will update when I get refunded

But I can say they are the worst glasses I have ever had very cheap poor quality so won?t be recommending anyone soon .
