1 of the staff (young blonde lady) was sullen and quite rude. I relayed my query to her and she tapped on the computer then walked away from me. Did I wait? Was my prescription there? She didn't acknowledge or utter a word to me! Not one! She just walked away.
I did, however, get my prescription about 5 minutes later and the member of staff who handed it over (dark hair young lady) was pleasant and polite.

Very poor customer service skills from some staff members. Telephone service is quite poor and abrupt when checking on the arrival of prescriptions. Slow to serve customers even when the shop is empty ! Overall completely underwhelming as a beacon of good practice in pharmacy dispensing skills.

Always fine the staff friendly and very helpful.
Communication is great on when script is ready.
Staff always go that extra mile to assist if script is urgent.

Slow dispensing, unhappy looking staff and being shut for dispensing lunch 1.30-2.30pm is very annoying (and not listed on their opening times)

Seems quite odd that the dispensing part of the pharmacy is always closed for lunch from 1.30-2.30pm ... don't know how they're staffed, but many people would like to pop in at lunchtime.

My husband has been waiting for his prescription for 4 days now and still nothing. They don't answer their phone so one has to drive in every time to check if medication has arrived yet. Disinterested like most Boots !

A mixed bag when it comes to getting served. Some staff pleasant, others sullen, disinterested and dismissive.The impression you get as a customer is that you are a nuisance. There's no eye contact and the exchange is generally dismissive.Some training in customer service would go a long way.

Service beyond unacceptable. Slow disinterested staff who lack in customer service skills. The constant queue of dissatisfied customers regularly goes unnoticed as staff make tasking on the shop floor their priority.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. I was very surprised at the very poor hygiene and cleanliness of the actual building. Desperately in need of a thorough clean. Not what you would expect of a Boots chemist.

Opening hours are not convenient and the pharmacist is not available 1.30 - 2.30 so unable to collect prescription. Some staff are lovely others not so friendly. It isn?t stocked well so Overall not great. Boots on bridge street not that much better.

Always slow and between 13.30 and 14.30 pharmacist has there lunch, no prescriptions given, don't know why their isn't any provision for someone else to dispense prescription between those times.

Always slow, wait time for collection of perscription is longer than i have ever known. Not help of friendly. Now opening at 9am when you have a doctors appointment and 8.15am in the same building isn't very handy ay all.

Awful experience. Held on to my sons prescription for a whole week now,he ran out of his asthma medication last friday but they still refused to deal with it until after the weekend despite already having his prescription since the Tuesday. Called in for it today but still not done, Now 4 days without his medication.
