1 of the staff (young blonde lady) was sullen and quite rude. I relayed my query to her and she tapped on the computer then walked away from me. Did I wait? Was my prescription there? Very poor customer service skills from some staff members. Telephone service is quite poor and abrupt when checking on the arrival of prescriptions. Slow to serve customers even when the shop is empty ! Overall completely underwhelming as a beacon of good practice in pharmacy dispensing skills.

Get regular prescription from here. Always fine the staff friendly and very helpful. Communication is great on when script is ready. Staff always go that extra mile to assist if script is urgent.
