I have given this review 1 star only because there isn't an option to give 0 stars. Customer service at this store is non existent, stood in a que with several people no staff to be seen apart from behind the pharmacy counter and they didn't bother to acknowledge anyone. Stood at the prescription counter for the apparently obligatory 3 to 4 minutes while the three staff behind bustled about and ignored me. Been to this Boots a number of times and it always take a long time to pay and get out of the store, which lead me to believe the shop is understaffed, there is always a queue.
Never noticed this at many of the other Boots I go to in other locations
