Awful, simply awful. Order for a small Grohe placed 1 month ago. Chased 5 times by email/phone. After 3 weeks, got a placeholder email ?we?ll get back to you? and still nothing. Surprisingly sub par for LondonI hope this review does 2 things:1) makes buyers aware2) prompts better service by WZ

Awful customer service, refused the return of an item ordered online. I had to get the manufacturer involved to resolve.

Absolutely terrible customer service , taking 6 months to replace one part.Avoid, unless you like your time wasted.

Needed a few items for the remodelling of my bathroom. The sales team were great to help me get what i wanted. Wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend, will be returning for future projects!

Misrepresentation of goods,paid twice and still no result 3 weeks later.Wholly unsatisfactory customer service. Far too many phone calls and still no resolution, even though the correct item was stated as being in stock.It was 43 pence more than the first (wrong) part sent, so hardly a major business risk.Wizard demanded up-front payment (fair enough), but then demanded payment again in full after the wrong part arrived, despite admitting their error on the website from which the order was placed. Even then, and despite chasing, Wizard still refused to send the correct part until the old one was received back. Various whining platitudes, vague promises and repeated phone messages unanswered. Those that did get through promised a result but three weeks on, my credit card has, indeed, been charged twice, the wrong part returned and still no correct part.An utterly shameful performance, beyond words over such a simple thing.With six more bathrooms to buy for our flats, Wizard can be sure that they will not be getting the order: After such failure with a small and simple, stock item, I could not possibly recommend any trust in them whatsoever.
