Good, quick and convenient. Only knocking a star off as I wanted a valet to clean the outside and inside of my car however the dashboard and wheel etc. inside had not been cleaned or dusted.

Took my car for a Platinum Valet. Senior staff member there a bit arrogant to start with. Car Returned with muddy marks on sills and they sprayed black cover-up liquid (making the boot carpet black/looking clean) all over the CREAM boot lining/side panels area which wouldn?t come off. Would give zero stars is possible. Broke my Audi electric boot forcing it shut and refused to claim on their insurance even though it was recorded. Only option was a small claims court which could have been expensive. Beware!

I arrived at the car wash and explained that my car only requires a quick vacuum. I then went on to empty the rubbish out of my car and the attendant put it in the bin for me. I explained that the boot of the car is fine so do not clean the boot and just a vacuum is all that?s required for the inside of the car. He explained that it would be 45 minutes (I could see they were busy) so I went away and agreed. On my return the charge was £30. I couldn?t understand why it was £30 for a vacuum. He explained that they have done a ?propper job? I just paid. The car isn?t spotless and i have been taught a lesson today. Would not recommend.Services: Polishing
