Nice clean shop lots of choices

This Tesco offers a good shopping experience in terms of convenience and variety. There?s plenty of parking available, and the selection of food and clothing is wide and well-stocked.
However, the shopping experience is let down by some persistent issues. Staff members are often filling online orders with their trollies, frequently blocking aisles and making it hard to move around without feeling crowded. Additionally, there are regularly wet patches on the floors, especially near the cooling shelves, which seem to have ongoing issues. The presence of yellow absorbent bags scattered around gives the store a slightly shabby feel.
Overall, Tesco delivers on variety and convenience but could greatly improve the in-store environment and maintenance.

I had a mixed experience at Tesco today. Went to use a staffed till that appeared to be open. Lady on the till shouted at me that she was finished work and I needed to use another till. I had no idea the till was closed as the barrier was no across! So I went to use another till and the young man was lovely. He said it wasn?t my fault and the lady could?ve served me as she still had a few minutes left of her shift. I appreciate maybe the lady was stressed and tired, but that isn?t how you speak to customers. I work long shifts as a Nurse and would not speak to my patients that way! So no need for the attitude.

Visited whilst staying in area the Store itself very good, but an absolute nightmare system exiting the carpark especially straight onto a very busy roundabout, no one wants to give way !

In the cafe for lunch today. Frequent visitor with my son but today, sat at a table covered in dirty plates and cups, as all free tables are. After 10 minutes Had to clear it myself so I wasn?t eating surrounded mess. Several members of staff behind the line and one out front is chatting to customers and picking up the odd cup along the way. Pretty grim

Staff lovely and so nice however it?s dirty. Sat by the window today and the underneath of the window frames at eye height are covered in finger prints and food . Table bottoms were not clean and upper areas of beams lots of evidence of dirty water droplets . Aware I work for an industrial cleaning company where staff do deep cleans and possibly more aware but it felt quite gross looking up at what would take your cleaners 5 mins each day to do under neath areas

Ridiculous carpark, only one way in and out, you exit onto a roundabout with a crossing, it takes longer to get out than it takes to do a full shop.
The staff are lazy (no shocker there for Hexham) and incompetent, particularly rude floor supervisor with massive eyelashes, saggy sack of porridge backside and a fake tan that makes her look like she's been tango'd, she's the one who's always standing around doing nothing but far too busy to help a customer.
