One member of staff is superb, one chemist the same, the manager is a joke who couldn't run a bath.The ole supply chain when after 8 days my c/d had not arrived.When questioned on the date they ordered it, they can't actually answer the question.I'll try the new on at the docs see how that one goes .

I went to get some co-codamol and was interrogated in front of everyone! The person denied me getting any, making me feel extremely stressed and upset. I was struggling with pain in my knee and didn't have any prescription codiene. He said because I had a previous prescription then I couldn't have them! I'm 48yrs old, trained in medicine and I am quite aware that I cant take with codeine, it was a flat no! Very embarrassing and unnecessary. I have experienced this before in there as well. I told my doctor, she said its disgusting way to treat someone! I'm not getting methadone it's co-codamol!!

Some of the staff are rude. The shelves are often labelled incorrectly which means you get to the checkout and end up paying a totally different price to what it said on the shelf.

You can have your car cleaned while you shop. Go for the mid range clean, as the top end clean means you'll have awful plastic spray left all over your dash. Disgusting!

Top tip: Pick the day the big boss visits. That was the smoothest, least hassle, un-obstructed aisles/helpful staff shop I have EVER encountered!
